Mandalay Holiday Resort Media Hub

Summary

The challenge of this project was to maintain the electrical supply to the reception building during a period of heavy construction. The power supply from the existing building was rerouted to a temporary location to ensure the attached building remained operational throughout the demolition and construction phases, and was then redirected back upon completion. The installation of the new media hub featured LED panel lighting in all office and conference areas, along with CAT 6 data cabling for the conference equipment. Additionally, the existing solar and generator backup systems were reinstalled in the new building.
